Dr. Ward is a Family Physician who has a longitudinal practice of 1300 patients in Victoria with a focus on geriatric and complex care medicine. He is the Medical Director and co-owner of a large, team-based medical clinic: Eagle Creek Medical Clinic. He is the current President of the Victoria Medical Society as well as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Family Practice, UBC. As an entrepreneur, he is the co-founder, Medical Director and CEO of British Columbia Botox® Clinics, by Dr. Ward; a rapidly growing and innovative service within the aesthetics sector.

Mrs. Ward is a Registered Nurse with a master’s degree in nursing – Focus in Teaching. She is the former island wide manager of the Community Resource Team through Island Health’s Community Health Services Practice Support and Education division. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Melissa plays a critical role in clinical operations, patient education, and the implementation of best-practice protocols across our multiple locations. Her expertise in evolving safety standards, treatment methodologies, and patient-care models enables her to refine our clinical workflows and ensure consistent, high-quality care at scale.
